The Bolton family deeded the lot for 938 NW Fowler Street to HFH in July, 2006.

Work on this site started in October, 2008, and was completed in April, 2009. The home was toured during the Hammers and Hotdogs Open House on Saturday, April 18. There was also a yard sale which Modern Woodmen of the World matched funds. Construction chairman on this project was Jon Lash.

This 3-bedroom, two-bath structure became “home” to a family of five, replacing their current substandard living situation. This home was built by 98 volunteers with 4,280 hours.
