Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity
The heart of the Habitat program
is volunteering at the local level. There is a need for just about any
skill or interest that you might have; from fund raising and public
relations to carpentry, plumbing and painting. Though individual
reasons for volunteering may vary, the goal of moving another Lake City family out of
substandard, poverty housing is the same. The individual satisfaction
of contributing to and being part of a project is very
fulfilling. Get involved--be part of our next project.
Volunteer Locally!
HELP US BUILD
People are needed to swing hammers, paint walls, for general labor and
phoning others, to cook hamburgers and hot dogs on work days.
today to help build the next house--volunteer
online or
print
and mail a Volunteer Form.
HELP US IN OTHER WAYS
Building a house requires many skills. Volunteers that can swing
hammers and use a paint brush are critical, but equally important are
volunteers that perform other jobs. Please check here to see
if a Volunteer is needed for your special skills.
POST A FLYER
